You might experience emotional release, physical sensations, or deep states of clarity, all of which are part of the healing journey.If you’re doing this session with headphones, make sure:
• You are in a quiet, undisturbed space
• You’re using comfortable, high-quality headphones
• The volume is not too loud, but immersive
• You have a safe space to lie down or sit comfortably

To get the most out of your breathwork session, it’s important to prepare intentionally. Here are a few essential tips:
• Stay hydrated — but in moderation. Drink water throughout the day, but avoid overhydrating just before the session.
• Avoid drugs and stimulants to support a clear and natural breathwork experience.
• Set an intention. Take a moment to reflect on what you’d like to receive or release during the session.
• Leave room in your schedule. Give yourself the space to fully drop in and integrate, avoid rushing before or after.
• Eat light. Refrain from heavy meals beforehand so your breath can flow with ease.
